ABOUT

ABOUT

Welcome to Your uplifting experience in a

DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT  Place-to-Stay in Bonnie Scotland!

The Old CHURCH of Urquhart you find near Elgin & its cathedral inmidst

Malt-Whisky-Country close to the Grampian Highlands & the Moray Firth.

This is an area well-known for its dry and sunny climate.

Your spirits lift as you approach the edge of the small village of Urquhart and spy the inspiring 70ft tower of the church.

On top of a small hillock the church offers open, uninterrupted views of the beautiful countryside...close to the Highlands and to the Sea!

The converted church dates back to 1843 and is a 'B'-listed building. Conceived in the  perpendicular style of 'James Gillespie Graham' it is situated in a superb rural location 5 miles east of ELGIN.
